I really dont think the outlet/inlet on the water pump on the drivers side is for oil. Anyone know what its for? [/b]
It is not for "oil", or the heater core. . It is for the (optional) oil cooler. Engine coolant is routed to the oil cooler and then back to the radiator. On Camaros that do not have the oil cooler option the line is connected directly to the radiator.

To recap, the two lines on the passenger side are for your heater core, the single line on the drivers side is for the oil cooler option. Here's a pic of a Camaro water pump for reference. ( this pump has been modified with a CSI electric motor, but the housing remains the same.)

On my Camaro LT1 swap, I just plugged that hose since I am running neither a oil cooler nor do I have a return fitting in my radiator.......

Hope I didn't distract you too much with the "go-fast" electric motor drive add on for the water pump. The castings are pretty much the same between all the variants, but the main difference between F body, B body and Y body pumps is the heater hose outlets. The 92 Corvette version had just the one on the upper passenger side but still had the two other undrilled bosses that the Camaro and Caprice used. The 93-96 Corvette used two of the locations. The Camaro used all three locations and the Caprice/Impala/Roadmaster/Fleetwood used only 2. Heres some pics showing the differences.
First, the 92 corvette LT1 pump. Note the single outlet on the top left (as looking at it) and the two unused bosses.

Then the 93-96 Corvette pump, with the 2nd location utilized

Now, the 93-97 Camaro pump (stock) Note the 3 fittings...

And then the 94-96 Impala/Roadmaster pump... 2 fittings but bent differently and an additional mount hole on the lower right.
