I was driving to work today in the 04 GMC Seirra, and my service air bag light come. What is the deal? Can this be reset or has a part or sensor failed? Can anything be looked over with HPT?

air bag lights come on when a problem happens. and goes off when its fixed. no need to clear a air bag code, it is always checking the status of the system when the car is on. get it scaned to see what the code is. then make the repair, if you fixed it the light will go off. if you did something wrong the bags will go off..(sorry for the joke, but its true)
