They should be here within a week or so, then it's out to TRT for the install. Can't wait to see what they do.

I'm planning on going to Texas Motorplex on Friday the 13th in October to finally get some numbers.

AutoAnything beat Summit by a dollar (have to call in). Summit listed them (coated) for $568. AutoAnything listed them for $584 but dropped it to $567.

Summit told me they would ship the first week in October. AutoAnything called Thorley while I was on the phone with them and found out theat they had them in stock. They should be here within a week. And AutoAnything beats prices for a year. Just wish I had one of their coupons when I ordered them.

Normally $100 (for direct bolt-ins like Pacesetters). These will require a little fabbing, but Billy is always beyond reasonable with his prices (almost to a fault Billy).

Pacesetter LT's arent direct Bolt-ons. Those thorleys are LT's arent they? I though all LT's had to have fabing except dynatech.

Thorley's are not bolt-in. They are a mid-length headers. I had to cut my cats & relocate them further back.

I second what Ducky said, I wiped mine with alcohol to get them clean before the first firing. Now they are nice & blued.

Good choice yankee, they are a quality product.

The Thorleys are considered their version of a midlength. Different manufacturers make all different lengths of headers, so classifying them as one or the other can be iffy. But yeah, they're considered kind of a mid-length which gives a balance between torque and hp.

Oops, just saw your response about the length.

Anyway, I appreciate your input SCIV. Can't wait to get them on. Thanks again for all of the PM's.
