i think allen might have the tool to program it. but im not sure. when i bought my new cluster i had the people program it before they shipped it. i guess just ask around at the local auto shops to see. sorry im not much help

went to the gm dealer yesterday and they told me that i would have to find a place and ship it out ive been searching on yahoo but no luck so far
