What keeps them coming back is the board. The info never changes, it does, but it wont keep them coming back. The bullshitting on the board will keep them coming back. It also takes a strong board to keep a board going. I have been on 2 that have failed to do much and 1 that has gone from 500 to 20k members since september 02. (not saying this isn't a strong board)

If we show we have the info, then ppl will know we have credit for knowing out stuff, so we are working on getting some great information up.

Allens goal was to have a "1 stop shop". They can get anything they want here. From answers to how-to's, etc. That will come, its a slow process at first, plus ls1 trucks is a rare breed, but i think we might expand out. I'd love to market the 2.2 s-10 turbo kits here, seeing as other forums (*cough*s10forums.com*cough*) are hung up on www.turbos-10.com 's kit. Which pics can be seen here http://domeskilla.ls1truck.com/domes/pics/ the ones marked "turbo" is the ONLY s-10 kit out there. I have broad knowledge and I am into many many different things..

Thanks Paul for the idea's.. Awesome job man. i'll be working my ass off here today getting some info up if my comp comes in.

me and you have some LT1 stuff(info/pics) that can be useful info as well. a lot of people use LT1's as a swap option in everyday cars/trucks, and some street rods. there's more info that a lot more people would use right there...doesnt narrow it down to the rare breed "LS1 truck"

Yea. A lot of are ls1 ppl, but that doesn't mean we can't catter to all. Whatever info you have, we can discuss how to compile it together via AIM.
thanks for pitching in and once again, thanks for the idea's guys. If we expand, which i'm 60% sure we will, i'll redo the site where there are ls1 and lt1 and whatever else sections so the articles/reference/swap stuff dont get tied together and make it hard to file through. Plus i was wanting to redo it in a new format anyways.

It would be great if I can see all of the threads I am partitipating in when I log in regardless of whether they are on my tracking list. This would make it easier to stay active as the board gets bigger.

Click on "my assistant" and you can see your last 10 posts. That is a start, but to get a pop up with your threads you have participated in and if anything new has been said, will just take coding time. Its doable and you will see it, just not for a little bit. I'm too new to PHP to start that yet.
