well i plan on putting in a trailblazer toque converter when i put my shift kit in i just wanted to know what i could get a way with running and still have good perfomace with or without the turbo

That's a pretty low stall, if you're going for it... go more. Those Yank 3000s have come down HUGE in price and have full towing capacity.
You can do quite a bit cam-wise, it really depends on your realistic goals.
