My 2000 ls1 came w/ the stock exhaust manifolds, but I&#39;m ditching the EGR. I was going to plug the ports, but there is a stud snapped off on each manifold, so I want to get some new ones.

Is there any year manifold that does not have any ports for EGR or anything else? What about the LS2 manifolds? Will they work for a swap into a &#39;91 c1500?

Also, where is everyone getting exhaust flanges to fab up your exhaust? I&#39;m not having much luck finding them.

The 6.0 manifolds on the newer 6.0&#39;s look like what I would like.

Which headers does S&P have that fit? I didn&#39;t see a header for my truck in their catalog.
