It depends on your application. The 317's have bigger combustion chambers and will drop your CR quite a bit, good for FI. The 243's will still flow well but allow you to keep you CR up a bit higher. You can find stock 317's for $150-$250. 243's will cost quite a bit more.

243's are better without a doubt... they usually go from $400-$500.. again just depends what setup u decide on going with.. good luck.

For your sig. you definitely want the 243's to keep compression up.

I have set of 243's setting I will sell.

Already been to the machine shop and had fresh valve seals
and 3 angle valve job done.

They have the blue springs good to .525 lift.

    $450+ shipping

This will also include new $110 GM head bolt and gasket kit

so you're really only paying about $350 for the heads and getting
gasket/bolt kit you would need to buy anyway and the heads are
already cleaned up and "ready to bolt on"

I may be interested. I need to do more research though and find out exactly what I want for my setup. Sounds like a good deal though.

I was browsing for online roulette sites one evening and stumbled upon a recommendation in a comment section. I figured I’d test it for myself, and to my surprise, it turned out to be quite enjoyable. The signup bonuses were fair, and the games felt polished. About halfway through, I realized that playjonny is one of those places where you can actually relax and have a bit of excitement without the stress of confusing menus.
