Questions on throttle body...90mm...?

I need an education on throttle bodies. I believe the stock one in my truck is a 75mm. What improvements would I see with a 90mm? Can I go larger than a 90 or is that kind of a standard size? Also, are there different brands - some recommended more than others? Are they considered 'good' modifications, or would money be better spent elsewhere (with my setup)? I'm not interested in nitrous or forced induction (yet...).
