I think I am going to buy some Pacesetter LTs for my truck. Since the vortec max has duals all the way to the muffler, what type of pipe do I use just after the headers? Does someone make a pipe since a Y-pipe won't work, or would i have to have a muffler shop do it custom? Also, keep cats or get rid of them???

I would think that Pacesetter would make a mid pipe for that application. If you want to keep it somewhat legal I would use cats, maybe magnaflow Hi-flows.

The Dynomaxx pipes fit right into place and also can be had with the hi flow cats. Spendy but no welding and you can do all the work.

I want a set, I just need to find the money tree
