Support your frame with jack stands ,remove your sway bar end links, remove your shock, remove cotter pin from lower ball joint nut loosen it until you see that the nut and the end of the ball joint stud are flush. Take a big hammer and smack the spindle until the ball joint drops down. Then jack up on the lower control arm to relieve the pressure on the balljoint nut. Then remove the nut and carefully lower the floor jack. Once all the pressure is released from the coil you can swing the control arm down low enough to get the coil out. Don't be shy with that hammer on the spindle. Hit it like you got a pair.
