The story behind the alarm...

The landlord for the building my wife works in evicted one of the tenants (an electronics dealer) for prlonged non-payment of rent. Legally he retained everything left in the suite. One of those things was this alarm.

Here is an actual photo showing everything that is in the box:



There are a few online for like $120 or so but I believe those are all remanufactured. Actual retail looks to be closer to $400. I would like around $300.
