Radix is my choice for FI and was thinking of bolting on some Dynatech LT's, even if they dont have C.A.R.B. approval they do have cats and might keep me from getting into big trouble?

I would say a FLT level 5 4L65E would handle everything. If you go Radix, I would look into the 90MM TB conversion everyone is getting such great results with.
