On my &#39;98 4.3 there isn&#39;t a fuel rail. The lines come up the rear drivers side of the engine and plug straight into the top of intake manifold towards the back. Mine is the Vortec so I&#39;m assuming they are still the same. I can&#39;t remember exactly but I think you can disconnect them a little further back too, cuz they are a real bitch to get out of the manifold.

We finally got them off. We disconnected them further back. I thought you had to have a quick disconnect tool to get them off but you didnt. We are ready to pull the 4.3L out. So ill be posting some pics. Hopefullty the LQ4 6.0L Will go in nicely. This is out first conversion so im kinda nervous about it. Ill be posting pics when we are done with it all&#33;
