lt1swap.com has the info you want and alot more info you'll need. You might have no option but to use a 4l80 for that year of 6.0 because of the crank flange but im not 100% sure.

Th400 works fine. Just need the flexp plate spacer and bolts. I ran one behind a 5.3. Worked great.
