I am part way through my swap as well. I used throttle cable from my donor 2001 truck. It is made to fit a round hole, where the one on my 95 was rectangular hole. I used cut off wheel to cut the sides off the snap in parts on the 01 cable and it snapped right in to the 95 rectangular hole.
