    Nv3500 vss signal to pcm

Been driving my truck for the summer now, but I never did get my speedo working in my 95 c1500. I've wired both wires coming out of the vss on my nv3500, straight to the pcm (I think the wires are ppl/wht and grn/blk)
What did I do wrong? I don't even think the pcm is getting a signal

I made my own stand alone harness from the 06 truck harness.

Most of it. I removed all the wires that went to the old tbi fuel injection stuff. I still have the old ecm in the truck

On your green plug Pin 20--LT GRN/BLK VSS Low Signal and Pin 21-- PPL/WHT 821 VSS High Signal,,,, these wires should be connected to the VSS on the trans then you can connect Pin 50 on the green plug to the wire that goes to the cluster than controls the speedometer...

Ya that's what I have done so far but I'm not getting a reading to the PCM. The speedometer worked fine before my swap so I have a hard time thinking it's bad now...maybe it is bad. Truck will be parked for winter next week so I'll dig in and troubleshoot then. Thanks for your help

Did you try leaving the VSS hooked to the stock wiring and see if the speedo worked as it always did?

No I haven't tried that. I'll have to look at the wiring diagram and try that

I'd wire the VSS back into the stocks 95 harness and see if it worked that way...
