1994 C3500.. Mating 6.0 to NV4500 trans

Need help on mating the 6.0 to the NV4500... My 6.0 came from a 2005 model C2500.. Looking for info on which flywheel/clutch/pilot bearing/throwoutbearing that I need

For my 92 k1500 with nv3500 and 6.0 swap I used the stock 90's model throw out bearing, stock 90's model clutch(had to remove the dowel pins)Sachs 1050 flywheel, and Napa pilot bearing 6302-vsp43. Should be the same for your set up

i Ran this flywheel. It will mate up with both the old style clutch or the new LS style clutch without having to cut or drill dowel pins

Was the pilot bearing you used thicker to make up for the shorter crank on the LS gen engine

The sachs nfw1050 flywheel makes up for the shorter LS crank, the pilot bearing just locates the input shaft of the trans to the crank

I used the nfw 1050 flywheel, stock clutch from my nv3500, stock throwout bearing and fork, and I used an SKF 6302VSP43 pilot bearing

No. The original bolts are SAE and the sachs flywheel is metric thread. I purchased LS1 pressure plate bolts and also LS1 flywheel bolts. The stock pressure plate also needed to have the bolt holes reamed out a tad to fit the new metric bolts
