Using an inline pump could work, but you'd probably have better luck using the Corvette regulator/filter setup and adding the return line from the filter to the tank.

Ok on to the fuel line, I always hear about not using to much rubber fuel line. But yet I see braided rubber fuel line ran on alot of high performance built the entire way. What is the correct type of fuel line to use? Sorry if that is a dumb question

Generally speaking, rubber fuel line is easier to have get damaged, pinched, poked, kinked, etc, than a fixed line (be it plastic or metal) Braided steel line holds its shape and rigidity better than regular rubber fuel line, and is much more abrasion and damage resistant. Just get a high quality line rated for your type of fuel and pressures, make sure it's routed correctly and attached to the frame and what-not correctly, with the correct type of fittings on it fastened correctly, and you should be fine.
