Thanks for the welcome guys. Since this will be my first swap I am sure that I will have plenty of questions for you all. What's your thoughts on any inspections/preventative maintenance for the engine prior to installing it? I not sure if I should replace head gaskets or not. I will be sure to take pics as I go along also.
Those wheels look good on the truck. What year model did they come off of?

I wouldn't worry about the head gaskets. I would definitely change the rear main seal, oil pan, valve cover, intake and valley gaskets.
The only thing I did with my engine was the rear main seal. Now it has come back to bite me in the a**. I should have done the pan and valley/intake gaskets as well since both the pan and valley have begun to seep since the swap.
