Okay so im in the final stages of my swap just got my S&S Harness, now i have these wires (refer to pictures) what do each of them do. Yes I am a newbie, first swap ive ever done.
Trying to hook them up successfully and hook up my wiring harness to not have any conflicts.
1983 C10 RCLB 5.3L/4L60E Swapped 2wd.
2000 GMC Sierra 5.3L/4l60E 2wd on 24" Devino Concepts
from what i can see of you picture heres my input.. the red wire that has the ring connector and rubber boot is the original alternator cahrge wire, the others are power feeds that go from the starter soleniod to the fuse box and there should also be a purple for the start circut original to your c10.. as far as adapting to your build you should be able to put them back into the original spots as i just mentioned to power up your fuse box so your c10 lighting, a/c heat, ect will work.
Derik is right also,there should be a hei connector( 12volts wire) when the engine is running
