I have a 2014 GMC Sierra. I really don't notice a constant rattle in the dash, but it does pop at least one time as it warms up.
Now, I will say that the truck does vibrate like a tire is separating (Belt separation). I have taken it back to the dealership (Wiesner) and the service guy said, "The truck has probably sat on the lot for so long it has gotten flat spots on the tires. Drive it for 1500 miles and if it is still vibrating I will replace all the tires." So, I had my father take it back; since I was working and didn't have time to go back. The dealership serviceman (same guy) gave him excuse after excuse. So, my father brought my truck home and told me what was going on. Since then I have taken it to another dealership (Beck n Masten) and they rebalanced the tires, re-aligned the front end and once I return from California from my Annual 2 week military training they want me to bring the truck back to do a Ground Force alignment and have a loaner truck for me.
Now after seeing your video post... I see it isn't just me...
Well on my way to Lackland AFB, Tx. I didn't notice the truck vibrating, but I am still taking it back for the rest of the work... it's under warranty...so why not. At least this dealership is doing something instead of giving mt the run around.
Did you do the repair as the video? If so, did it work?
