    12thstreetjunkman, That looks perfect! Thanks for the photos, I'm trying to figure out the routing and that appears to be the best way to go since my truck is bagged and lays frame.

    The exhaust shop got the mandrel 90, I'd think any shop would be able to order it, if not Im sure you could get one from summit. As for the flanges they are summit branded header buddies, Think were like $25. We slid the 3 bolt flange over the header, welded the ball flange collector part to the header, then slide the other 3 bolt flange over and socketed where the exhaust meets up. They work great, no gaskets, no leaks, used them on the last car I stuck together as well. If the headers already have flanges you can just slide them in the collector and not weld.

    A bump to see if there are any long tube 4x4 exhaust setups, built or bolt on.
