im not challenging what skeet said as hes been around longer but if i was you just to be sure, double check the stock serial numbers on the injectors for each. i never checked myself but i would be suprised if they were the same. but like i said, im not sure. they might be. if they are different numbers, find out the specs on each to make sure they are at least relatively the same. if so, then id say your good to go as long as you stay stock. just my .02

Here's the thing, 4.8s came with a 4L60-E all across the board. A ton 6.0 motors came with a 4L80-E, HD flex plate I believe (128 teeth).and those came with oil coolers. A ton of 6.0s were used with 1500 Denali's in 2002 with a 4L60-E as well 4L80-E as options. 6.0 VIN U out of Silverado 1500HD and up came with 4L80-E. Find out what your 6.0 came out of. I checked fuel rail, and injectors for kicks. They are all identical 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0.
