help with a tuning questions

what injectors are you using? Are they aftermarket? If so do you have the right injector data? Are you running a MAF?

stock injectors, the whole thing is stock. And yes sir the MAF is there and plugged in!

what happens when you run open loop? does it still run rich?

and you have the right tune file in the pcm right?

I have not done that and yea its the stock file from the truck it all came from.

run it open loop and see what your o2 readings are

I will try this, and the dang O2 readings were actually in he green on the vc scanner if I remember right.
