You really have to have the wideband readings to tune wide open throttle safely. You can tune regular driving without it though.
It's a heads and cam 5.3 basically. The main problem is it won't idle. Idle is set at 550 and that's just to low for the cam. TSP 228R. The fans are set to come on way to high and I don't like the way the TCC locks up to early in 4th. I'm afraid to even get on it really because I'm afraid of the tune. I ordered hp tuners last night. Sux i have this truck I can't drive till it gets here though.

I used Brendan from lt1swap.com to do a basic tune for my stock 5.3 in my obs. He Removed the vats and a basic performance tune for about $75. No issues and I have talked to him over the phone. He is very knowledgeable.

I bought hp tuners pro. I have idling now and drive it everyday but I know there is a whole lot left on the table. I'm putting a turbo together for the truck now and after that I think I'll have Nelson tune it for me. Hp tuners is awesome but the learning curve is quite steep.

I had a frost mail order tune then I tweaked from there when I bought hptuners. Made things easier to learn with a base tune.

He won't tune my truck for some reason. Says he can do 3 vettes in the time it would take to do mine and this is the busy season. I sure did like his price and he's done a good job on my f bodies but, oh well.
