i have a 99 gmc sierra 1500, 6.0 swaped with a 4l80e, used my stock np 243 transfercase and swaped input shafts. well now my chain is starting to skip a few years later, so wanting to replace it, ive gAINED about 100 hp since the swap originally so was thinking of going to a 2500 hd NP 262 case. i am gonna use 4wd to launch on the street so wandering whats gonna be the strongest option for me?? a rebuild on my stock case or go to a 2500 hd case??
