motor is built to turn RPM so it depends on intake used along with headers and everything else! as of now this setup hasnt been dynoed so im not sure where it needs to spin up to as of yet, as of now i turn 7300-7500 but like mentioned i could be over spinning her who knows a dyno will tell the taleOriginally Posted by canada4g63

have this intake for a boosted setup but we welded a 90* elbow right to the throttle body and ran the charge pipe down in front of water pump

I ran mine for a little while on a boosted 5.3 , then after a nasty backfire it decide it didnt want any more action .
dang thats Nasty, so how does a backfire with boost happen?
