Ya , way to go on the referral and way to go on taking the correct route on getting something done for your buddy.
If you feel this thread is out of line, just keep in mind you started it.
I won't bend over just because someone feels like they can get things done by posting nonsense.
None of the claims above are true, all this bs was posted and I still don't have what we've asked for and the customer still hasn't made any progress on his truck.
So if you consider that progress...

Let's see, his truck is still in the same condition and I still don't know if the a/f ratio is rich due to negative or postive ltrims.
And you feel you can indirectly bash me just because you send someone over.

Now you're just resorting to sh!t talking and trying to put me down. Of course you know I can tune or you wouldn't be dealing with me.

Don't be upset with me you didn't accomplish anything and I actually replied to your post; what else was expected.
btw, the customer involved will get all the support we can provide and retune after retune if needed. This post changes nothing on how we treat him.

Curious how do you tunes for people who can't send you logs? You seem very dependent on me being able to log his truck and send you the scans. Which I will do when I can for the better good of everyone. I'm not upset at all. None of this affects me. I'm just trying to help him and save the word of mouth comments made around my small town about the tune in it. At the end of the day iv stuck up for you and your tunes till I was sick of it. Iv told these people how well you tune but between this truck being rich and the other truck running lean constantly it's spoke louder than my words. Hell there's still a Nelson perf sticker on my truck. So don't make it out like this post was destined to be a bashing NP post from the get go.

If I handled my business like this it would have been all over long long time ago. Wow

It's full of assumptions and picking at straws.

Who the fk is tuning at NP. What kind of question is that and I didn't realize I had to let everyone know that I'm still tuning for my business.

What map to use, how about the stock map that came with the truck. Which ray told you to use.

Don't you think that every tuning question and truck that is tuned I'm involved in.
Ray is always within 20ft of me throughout the entire day.
Ray didn't give you the run around. He has answered every question you asked.
You said it yourself that you're a newbie to this, so the fact that you don't get it doesn't mean he isn't answering your question correctly.
Ray has been given the run around.
    The tune has been accused.
    But let me mention this.

-HAVE WE BEEN PROVIDED WITH SCANS OR FEEDBACK ON WHAT THE ENGINE IS DOING?!!

    NO!

So we are the ones that are being given the run around. I can post all the emails and it clearly shows that ray didn't get any technical info in return to help you out.

How am I supposed to determine if it's the tune or not?

For some reason ya'll know it's the tune without me knowing, how is that?
Even if it's the tune, you want me to lean it out? Ok, how much, why is it rich, what is causing it, etc etc?

You are dealing with a Master Certified Tech that has more tuning ability, more diagnosing ability than 99.9% of anyone I know and has been here for four years.
    What else do you want!

So basically, ya'll are saying that Ray isn't knowledgeable enough to answer any of your questions and even tho he has answered all your questions he has given you the run around.

As far as I see it, this entire post has been to bash Nelson Performance, question our tuning ability and insult Rays knowledge.
    That is fk'd up!

like I said in my email, send me your questions and I'll be glad to answer the same questions Ray has already answered. Where do you think his answers from anyway.

Customer said none of these things.
Customer has no issues with us and he's scheduled to come down for an sd tune, purchasing meth kit and boost controller and we r installing it.
