    Ground the blue PCM wire. What happens?

    Ground the green PCM wire. What happens?

    Ground them both, blue first. Green second. What happens?

    a little late but i finally got around to it lol well i grounded the green wire and nothing came on. i grounded the blue wire and both fans kicked on low speed. grounded both and they both still on low speed. can u address the issue?

    Does your fan harness have pcm terminals on the end of the blue and green wires?

    yes they both do my mechanic installed them for me and did them with pcm terminals installed on the existing pcm harness
