isn't this the point of the form? to ask questions. and i try and research but i dont currently have the internet at home so i have to on my 15 min lunch break. neways im going to have it live tuned by a guy in tucson, im just wondering if meth would be worth it. i plan on starting out around 7 psi for now then slowly upping it. i wan to try and get 10-12 psi i understand its hard with 91 but i also know meth will cool, and allow more timing to be added but is it safe to rely on it?

if you go with a meth kit go with a good quality kit. A good kit doesn't use push lock fittings or nylon tubing

Okay cool just ignore my post. VP racing will sell you a 54gallon drum 105 unleaded delivered to your home for about 800. Mixing that with 91 to get an approximate 95 octane means no need for meth and a less complicated build. I bet 54 gallons of 105 would last you close to 2 years. That truck isn't driven much any more. Also super stop in safford has E85 you could go that route, but you will need to switch fuel pumps and get bigger injectors.

octane still isn't only reason you use meth and meth is far cheaper then any race fuel out there
