Ok guys it definitely fixed my problem. I had vacuum going to my passenger side valve cover and no vacuum going to my driver side valve cover. It made a very baf whining noise that I would have put money on coming from behind the torque converter. I hope this helps someone in the future. Dont rush hooking up vacuum lines just to hear it run!
