It'll be like other shows involving illegal activities. Moonshiners etc. No last names, no major identifiers. Edited footage would not hold up in a court of law, at least here anyway.

    But yeah, I can't wait.

what, you think i fell off the wagon yesterday? of course i know people are gonna race with or without spectators (normally 'without' is preferred)

i was asking about what happens when a local cop recognizes a guy or his car?

hmm... possible, but then that would expose bribery of a civic office, and i think the chief's a little smarter than that. timing, though, could be on their side - so long as the airing is delayed by the 'magic number' of time.

sorta, but unlike the drug interventions, moonshiners, etc, who can simply say "prove that that wasn't baking soda or water or whatever similar-looking uncontrolled substance it could've been", it's pretty hard to alibi out multiple cars lining up and accelerating simultaneously to speeds that are easily calculatable based on a car driving past a known reference.
    that's all i'm saying.

i definitely ain't no saint - shoot, i've even had my red pig up above 125 a couple times & the car... well i'll just call it 160+ at least 3 times and near that fast way more often than that - many times with somebody else in close proximity going the same direction

Not only that but you have to be caught during the act to be tried for it when it comes to this stuff.
