    i already have the DBW throttle body for it. I need x link though and i don't have $220 to spend. Adapter plate is $50 which is more reasonable than $220 right now. Can't really put much cash into the truck at the moment

    If you can't do it right all at once....WAIT. You're wasting the upgraded intake by keeping the stock TB. Think about it like this....take a garden hose....use an adapter to connect it to a fire hose. Turn the fire hose on. You think it will flow well? NO.
