I figured so. I just seen that people were getting adapters and different clutch kits and pressure plates. I didn't understand why a stock ls style trans wouldn't just bolt up and go in. My truck is already manual, I'm keeping it very simple and looking forward to not having to reach so far for the tall shifter. I'm tall and have the seat as far back as possible.
What about wiring? Could the harness from donor vehicle with automatic work or be modified to work?
