Hey there. I jumped right into a swap and have came to a stop. I need some more choices on stand alone harness, headers, motor mounts, etc. I've done endless searches on google and can't get the results I need. Any help is grateful!

I am in a similar swap my self. I am putting a 04 5.3 in a 1992. I got my harness through Nelson performance. They are based out of Texas. If you have the stock harness you can ship it to them and they will rework it for your setup. It cost me about 450 and saved me a lot of head ache with wiring. The guy that does the work his name is jon. You can email them and tell them what you want and they will actually tune your computer when they rework the harness. My computer was tuned for my exact tire size, and height, and also the gear ratio.
Hey man thanks for the reply! I think your right, just doing some research online it seems like nelson has great feedback on their wiring. When you installed your harness was it pretty much idiot proof? Wiring is definately my weakness. Hopefully I can get my engine complete next week and I'll definately use Nelson. I bought the lg motorsports G5x4 cam and I'm dealing with a guy now for a Yank 400 turbo trans. Hated to ditch the 80e I bought but I've always had great luck with the 400. I hope I meet more guys like yourself I enjoy gear head chat and hearing everyone's opinions. I'll try to figure out how to get some pics up soon!Originally Posted by singlecab1500
