at least you didn't waste 2 weeks chasing wild geese to find out your Wait4Me tune wasn't telling your coils to fire& have the tuner swearing up and down that you & 3 professional mechanics didn't hook something up right

do i change PCM & try again ?
try to get around VATS. nelsonperformance.com used to have an instruction page for it, but i can't find it now
