How in the world do you remove the motor mounts?

Pulling the control arms is the only way, the idea of cutting off the old bolts and welding the new mounts to the frame sounds like an easier alternative if you have a welder and the skills to weld

Are you 2wd or 4wd?I have a 2wd and with the help of a friend and a swivel and some tape i was able to change them.They are a pain in the a$$ but it can be done.

Like gagliano7 said. On my 2wd 1990 I used a long extension,a swivel and a helper up top to impact them out. Same way to reinstall. Definetly a pain in the butt but it's doable. Take your time and learn a few new words if you know what I mean. Good luck.
