    Nv3500 and 5.3 what clutch and PB and TB?

    Can some one suggest what clutch, throw out bearing and pilot bearing should be ran I have a 4.8 flywheel by the way. Finally finishing my project

    You shouldn't need much more then stock i wouldn't think. The upgraded clutches for the trans get expensive. I know the centerforce clutch is over $500

    Here's the stock stuff.
    Throw out bearing Part # BRG N4169
    Clutch kit with pilot bearing part # NCF 1104181

    I have the luk clutch kit for a 2000 4.8 5speed.What year is the tranny is your truck?I have the newer style tranny and i just used a stock slave cylinder throwout bearing combo for a 2000 4.8 5 speed.Read thid thread all your answers should be in here.

    anything for the 4.8 will work on the 5.3l.

    I used the Centerforce clutch. It's holding up pretty good.
