I know I am not that good with hptuners yet, but I have found no one thing is the silver bullet except maybe a pro teaching you step by step. Otherwise it comes down to a little bit of everything. Read a lot, watch whichever videos you can get your hands on(I wouldn't pay for the banish DVDs again although I still own them), use the forums to ask questions, practice using the program as much as you can, and try not to blow anything up.it all comes with time.
