Picked up tsp 7.4's Also some comp 918's Some bare 243's A Vig 3600. I also ordered a Holley High Rise which is on back order til who knows but fuel line and fittings came in. As well as the bigger TB I picked up some stock 16's I'm gonna try and make work. I also traded off my SS 20's for some new wheels. Iv also switched all my dash lights to blue LEDs still needs some adjusting but you get the idea. Which leads me to where I am now. I broke my hand at pt last week and am waiting on parts. Still need a few things and gaskets and bolts. I prolly won't spray this year unless its in the winter. I want to get this dialed in before I throw more at it. But making progress...

They holley cathedral port intakes will have a earlier shipment date of 4-12 the expected date though is between 4-15-4-18. I should know. I ordered mine and called and emailed summit and Holley multiple times. That's the answer I got.
Everything on that build makes me jealous. I miss my SSS every day. I screwed up when I traded her off a few years back. Only thing I'm not a fan of is comp 918s they Aren't the best for anything more over they only last around 5k miles. Dude in town ruined his motor cause he didn't change his.

Oh and there is a company called diamond race wheels. You can pick up some 16x10 steelies with custom backspacing for pretty cheap. Mine were 290 shipped to my door.

I did check those out. I got these pretty darn cheap and will run em til I outgrow them. If I was to get new wheels they'd be a 15 outback as tires are much more abundant. I do remember you having an SS tho. And yea I ordered mine through summit and they gave me the same response. And the 918s are the revised version. They got a bad rep a few years ago because of a bad batch but since revised and I have the fullest faith in them.

Bad batch I'm sure is long gone. But how long is the life on the 918s? Did they revise that? In a dd your looking at swapping springs 2 times a year if you go by the old 5k recommendation.

been away a while. Some things have happened and had to unload some parts to stay afloat. Buying a house is an expensive en devour. Had the vig converter installed and it destroyed the trans. FML the truck sat at RPM in NC for 3 months while I had their Level 3 built and installed along with a yank 3600SS and a TBSS intake swap. Had her tuned and heres the dyno sheet.

took her to the track that weekend and it just destroys the tires. managed a 14.3 with a 2.2 60ft Figuring with a good tire I can be deep into the 13's. My to do list has grown into getting some DR's and building some caltrac bars. I still have to install the cam I have. I was debating on if it was worth it to install UDP's at the same time?

Have you got the cam fixed yet? I wouldn't run it without getting it taken care of. As for the UDP I would suggest it only if you break your stock pulley or your looking to squeeze a tiny bit more out of it. For example if you we're to be sitting at 13.0 and looking for 12s a UPD might get you there. The difference will be 5-10hp or maybe 1/10 in the 1/4 mile.
