5.3 not sure of mods other than shorties, CAI, tune and muffler. But i does roll out hard for a basically stock truck. It used to have a vortech SC on it but was removed. Still has the SC bracket. Truck is realativley clean and real low miles. Wheels have already been stretched to 10s in the back. Got some decent plans for it as of now.
