Dont lol some people have luck with them mine rubbed a hole after just a couple months you can just as easily bend some brackets with some metal strap and a vise and hammer and would last longer and easily removable using the stock mounting holes

Ok I want to take the fans outta the stock housing because I don't want all that extra plastic in there so Im guessing I could bend some brackets down from the top for those two points but how would suggest attaching the bottom?

You need a proper shroud(all the extra plastic) or the fans won't be able to do their job. If you remove the fans then you need to make a new shroud to force the air to come thru the entire surface of the radiator not just right in front of the fans.
