    Yeah, the wife's already not very happy with the money spent on it. Another $3k on a GV and she'd probably flip. TH400 is now coming out because it's slipping like mad. Will be throwing in a 4l60 that I have out of the TA until I can find a decent deal on a 4l80.

    I hate mine, this thing is just not practical even as a cruiser.

    Oh man, I love mine. I think I will like it more when it is shortened and has a SRW. But, I love the square bodies, and I need something that I can fit the family in and cruise. Once I get everything buttoned up I think it will be a comfortable cruiser.

    They can be found in some older trucks in junk yards. A guy over on pt.net claimed to pick one up at a pick n pull for $500. I know the adapters aren't cheap, but hey I was just throwing another idea out. That 60e won't last too long unless it's built. If the 400 is slipping now that's another problem and I understand tossing in the 60e for the time being.
