lost power to connector

I've lost power to the connector marked in the image.

found the problem the pcm ground isn't grounding the circuit if i ground it on the battery or that it kicks on and runs. could my pcm be bad?

It's possible, did you have the ecm set up for elec. fans?

It was tuned for it and then one day it started to overheat when my wife went to go get our daughter from school and it hasn't worked ever since. But relay wise everything is fine.

the harness is working.

so it's either
1. the pcm pin isn't inserted correctly
2. the pcm isn't functioning due to being bad or the pin isn't activated.

i thought it may have been the pin connection so I removed the harness last night and redid all the connections so bad pcm it is.
