Fuel rail question dual to single

Here's my situation, I have engine in from a 05 avalanche that has the single fuel rail, my nelson harness is for a drive by cable so the newer style injectors will not work, can the single line rail be used with a drive by cable intake and the older injectors

I have the intake with cable throttlebody on the truck, I was wanting to go with the single rail fuel line and use the corvette filter instead of dual lines at the intake

any of those items you mentioned can be interchanged, you can use any throttle body you want, returnless or return style rails, injectors, etc.
if the harness is dbw, of course use the dbw tb.
any of the other things dont matter.

Only catch may be tuning for the correct regulator (vac referenced vs not)

Nelson sent me the correct connector for the Flex fuel injectors. (stock on a 05 avalanche) I soldered them on and haven't had a problem since.

Thanks, my concern was the fuel rail, I have a complete drive by cable intake setup, just making sure I could use the single line fuel rail on it

you can use either intake manifold to make your setup work.
'04 usually have a single feed line with the return and regulator in the tank.
If that's the case, use your 2004 intake manifold, the 2000 model 6.0L won't know the difference.
