How you think they would do on new asphalt?

Just depends on power. If the goal is max traction, go with the bfg drag radial 325/50/15. But these will outlast the bfg 3 times lol. I would imagine with my current setup, it would spin once it hits boost in 1st. If I hit in 2nd from 45 or so it would hook pretty good with these. Brake boosting at 45 in 2nd and they will spin through the brakes lol
