wouldn't know why not, you might not be able to go to the extreme angles. 15# and 10# bottles are the same size around (as im sure you know) but if you want to clamp it in the middle the bottom will stick out further than a 10 and hit the floor before the 10 would.

MY 15# arent as big around as my 10# bottles, as far as i knew 20# bottles were the same diameter as a 10# but as long as a 15# and the 15#ers are skinny like a 5# but longer. at least mine are thats why i was asking.
