When I bought a built tranny from a member on this site he offered to tear it down and verify that it was in fact built, FOR FREE. Once we tore into it we decided to go ahead and upgrade to a better band... well after a year of constant abuse, 15,000 miles, and a few bottles my clutches (which were in there from the previous builder, NOT KENNY) decided they had taken enough abuse and it started to slip, so I called Kenny up and he offered to fix it LABOR FREE. It doesn't get any better than his customer service, period. BTW, first time I ever met Kenny was at the last shoot out (LESS THAN A YEAR AGO), so don't go thinking that we are long time buddies and I'm sticking up for him because of that. I'm sticking up for him because he is a honest stand up guy.
Hey that's me!! It prolly started slipping bc you have too many fat Okie bitches in it haha! But really, that does sound like some damn good customer service. When you text me that the other day, I was shocked lol

Yea and its not like i have been like lsx powersports. I made more than a ample try to fix it and pay for shipping. And really how the hell u tell what tolerances were on tranny. After the fact that its been bet on for a while now. And was built. Dont care what the hell the other builder says. Fact is a stock 400 wouldnt have held to what u put it threw. Shit fails. Thats life. Point is not many peoe would make it rite like i more than once tried to.

Because that's a valid agreement when it comes to customer service. MY POINT IS PROVEN, Zach has diarrhea of the mouth.

What I'm getting at is your leaving out a lot of details but you want to bad mouth someone who has done everything they can to help you and stand by their work. Hell why don't you post a pic of the turbo that's really on your truck instead of the one you posted pics of a few weeks ago. Everyone here knows a stock trans wouldn't of lasted a day in your truck, so if you want to believe that was a stock trans then your a fool. Do you really think the clutch pack clearances are gonna be in spec after you beat on it for 5 months? Since you were there for the tear down where's the pics? Can you even tell the diff between stock clutches and performance clutches?

Pump looks good, sealing ring came unsnaped on disassembly because there's no possible way for it to come unsnaped once its in the bore and it won't go into the bore unless its snapped together.
