I want to wake up my truck once again,
I am guessing you have 3.73 now? Also I would get a custom tune, Efans, p&p throttle body and a cheap CAI off eBay. Should get an extra 40hp and a little economy bump.

Yeah, I have 3.73s, I have magnaflow exhaust, and a CAI, vette servo, throttle body spacer, I also am Tuned By Nelskn Performance.
How much does that P&P throttle body run? I want e-fans. If you know any where I can get some pretty cheap.

    Thanks for the link Chevy-Art.
Are gears hard to swap out? Has anyone done it them selves?

It's a very long process to do right. It's more of an art than a science. I wouldn't do it myself.
